All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. PL8-Forward is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
PL8-Forward is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the secondhand and surprise nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (wrong theme, missing item, or broke/damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will review the situation and work to resolve it fairly.
